Elliot Dennis is a Lic. Real Estate Salesperson on the Wexler Healthcare and Commercial Properties Team at Corcoran's 590 Madison Avenue office. He is responsible for landlord, tenant, purchaser and seller representation services. Elliot joined Wexler Healthcare Properties in 2020 and is an integral part of the commercial real estate advisory team led by Paul Wexler. Since joining Wexler Healthcare Properties, Elliot has completed assignments representing over $195,000,000 in aggregate value. Elliot is currently responsible for leasing assignments at 110 East 60th Street (184,403 RSF) and 145 East 32nd Street (120,000 RSF) among others. In total, Elliot helps to represent over 850,000 RSF of healthcare and office space throughout New York City. Elliot has successfully concluded transactions on behalf of users in the following fields: article 28 surgery, healthcare imaging (MRI), dentistry, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, primary care, and ophthalmology among other specialties. Elliot is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York (YMWREA).
