Elizabeth Budnitz has over ten years of experience in the public sector, working for justice both in the United States and abroad. After graduating from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review, she clerked for The Honorable Joan M. Azrack in the Eastern District of New York. She held a one-year legal fellowship at the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law working on felony disenfranchisement.After five years working in international criminal law for the United Nations in Tanzania, The Hague and Cambodia, Ms. Budnitz spent two years as a public defender doing criminal appeals. She is thrilled to join The Law Offices of Megan S. Goddard, where she can fight for the rights of all workers who have experienced discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
