Elizabeth Swicegood is a native to Denton County, Texas. After moving to North Carolina as a teenager, she graduated from Davie High School in 1986. She later graduated from Catawba College in Salisbury, NC with a Bachelors of Arts in Education and a Minor in Spanish. She later attended The University of North Carolina at Charlotte for her post graduate studies. In 1999 she graduated from the Dan Mohr School of Real Estate. Elizabeth has continued to increase her skill sets by becoming an auctioneer, graduating from the Nashville Auction School in 2015. Elizabeth is fiercely dedicated to the highest level of professionalism, placing her clients needs at the pinnacle of all she does. The auction method has given her another outlet to serve in the field of real estate and beyond to include sales of personal property of all kinds. Using her skills in marketing and technology, Elizabeth is able to generate top results which far exceed her clients' expectations; making The Swicegood Group a powerful force in the field of auctioneering. Elizabeth has two grown children and a son in law. She married her high school sweetheart, Kyle in 1989. Both Elizabeth and Kyle are active supporters of many local charities such as Salem Pregnancy Care Center in Winston-Salem. Over the years they have traveled to foreign countries, volunteering with Operation Smile. When Elizabeth's not working hard in the real estate business, you'll find her enjoying family activities like horseback riding, cycling or skiing in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
