In 2009 I was an assistant to a top producing real estate agent in the Syracuse area. It was there that I discovered my love for real estate. I became licensed in 2010. During my time working for Coldwell Banker I was a licensed real estate agentandadministrative office manager. As administrative manager I was in charge of reviewingall listing and sales contractsfor approximately 32 agents to ensure all paperwork was correctly completed.That position gave me a extensive knowledge and understand for every aspect of real estate. In 2014 as I continued to sell real estate I began working with Applied Property Management. I have worked with over 500 rental units including tenant screening, marketing, leasing, maintenance etc. I also handle investment property sales for a pool of local and national investors that we manage properties for. My 6 years in real estate has given me a strong background in regular residential, vacant land, commercial, investment properties, bank owned and seasonal homes.
