Eleni Kakos is a founding partner of Weltz Law, where she provides practical and business-related approaches to solving complex legal issues. Attorney Kakos represents clients in a broad range of legal matters, including the acquisition, financing, leasing, and operations of all types of real estate property. She also guides clients through personal and commercial bankruptcy matters. Additionally, Attorney Kakos represents individuals in all aspects of estate planning, including the preparation of wills, testamentary trusts, irrevocable trusts, living wills, and health care proxies. She handles probate and the administration of estates and litigates will contests and all related Surrogate Court actions. Attorney Kakos also assists the firm's clients in the formation and operation of private foundations and charitable organizations, and she has assisted several organizations in the process of becoming a public charity. Eleni Kakos is admitted to practice law in New York and earned her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law. Attorney Kakos also has a B.A. from Fordham University.
