In 1996 I relocated from Ireland to Texas. After many visits to the area, I came to love and admire the American ethos, and most especially its people.Having lived overseas, I have a first hand understanding of the stresses of relocating and am especially experienced in assisting relocation clients in all areas.I earned my Real Estate License in 2011 and since then, I've grown a very successful Realtor resume which I credit to my hard work, dedication to my clients and my excellent negotiation skills. I am a top producer at my office and consistently remained in the top 20% out of 450 realtors throughout 2018. My business has grown over the last eight years and 80% of my business comes from referral and returning satisfied clients, their families and friends who trust me to address their needs head on. At all times I try to achieve a solution that is fair to all parties.In addition to my Real Estate Profile, I am currently on the 2019 Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams Southwest. This position includes assisting with overall growth of our market center and ensuring the success of new agents to our office. I'm proud to say that here at Keller Williams Southwest, we regularly outpace the market both in listings taken and listings sold categories. I have volunteered with Boy Scouts Troop 140 and Venture Crew 140 for many years, most recently in the position of Advancement Chair. I stay involved with our "Champions for Charity" campaign at Keller Williams which helps many charities throughout the year. I'm currently heading up the "Shredding for Hunger Event" at our office to help a local charity - East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry - during the month of May, 2019.I am a native of Carlow, Ireland, have a very supportive husband, twin adult sons - both currently in college - and Chewy our 15 year old terrier. I enjoy traveling when time permits, a little skiing, reading and socializing with friends.
