Personal Profile Elaine grew up in Xi'an, China and came to US as an oversea student in 1997 and is fluent in both Mandarin and English. She majored in economics and received her MA and BA at People's University of China in Beijing and MA at American University in Washington DC. She worked as economic researcher at World Bank and International Monetary Fund during 1998-2005. In 2006, she moved to Bay Area with her family.
