EILEEN DENNIS GILBRIDE graduated from the Cornell Law School and clerked on the Arizona Court of Appeals and Arizona Supreme Court. In her 30-year career, Eileen has handled more than 400 appeals in the state and federal courts, resulting in over 80 published decisions. Substantive areas of her appeals include constitutional, contracts, torts, insurance coverage and defense, employment, municipal and school defense, civil rights, professional malpractice, legislative, administrative, personal injury and wrongful death, family law, property rights, and trusts.
