My family had been looking at farms for a couple years. These were dreams that I didn't expect to materialize for some time. Our budget was <$500k. One day my wife calls me up at work. She could barely control herself as she asked me to Google an address. Sure enough it was a farm that met all of our requirements. The only problem was it was $700k. I'm not one to give up easy, so I called Mark.I'd met through work dealings. My financials were a mess and the deal was rough since it was such a very unique property that a river cut through. During the sale my realtor flaked out and the property owners didn't have faith I could make it happen. Mark took the reins and pushed through 2 months of property issue, tough seller requirements and missed deadlines. I don't know if my accountant was ready for this much paperwork.Soon enough Mark broke through the red tape and closed the deal without my realtors help. Today my family is in our dream farm. I've built my boys a tree house, my first baby girl is on the way and my wife and I get to ride the tractor across the property to the river. I am convinced that few if any Lenders could have done with Mark did. He is very good at what he does. He has a solid team that will be there until the end. He has a superb network of referrals. We decided to use the Realtors Mark referred when we sold our Portland home. His referred realtors were helpful, on-point and diligent. Much better than our previous realtor. They made the Portland house sell.
