I am an attorney, a lawyer for thirty five years. I am a litigator, which means I go to court, and represent my clients in a court room. I spend most of my time preparing for or in court. Because I've been about litigation for the past thirty five years I am very comfortable in a court room, not just because it is very familar to me but because I get my client and my client's case well prepared before we go into the court room. Trial preparation is a key to winning but the most important factor to a successful outcome in a trial is getting the client ready and knowing what to expect and what the factual and legal issues in his or her case are. I am able to communicate these important matters to the client so there is a working partnership between lawyer and client.
