Edward F. De Varona, a seasoned attorney, was born in Weehawken, New Jersey to first-generation Cuban immigrants and grew up in South Florida. His passion for both history and medical science led him to pursue a bachelor's degree in history, which he earned cum laude from the University of Miami in 1987. Building upon his solid foundation, he went on to obtain a J.D. degree from Northeastern University College of Law in Boston, Massachusetts in 1991.
