Ed has been a real estate broker for over 20 years with experience in residential, investment and commercial properties. As a real estate attorney in California for over 30 years, Ed also brings extensive legal, negotiating and business expertise to every transaction. With his wife, Cinnamon, Ed has personally invested in real estate including owning and operating single family rentals, mutli-family units, vacation rentals, office, retail and NNN leased properties. Now serving the communities in Knoxville, Tennessee, Ed has developed a specialization of helping buyers relocate to this beautiful area, where he has served on the local Association's MLS, Professional Standards and Commercial Committees. He is also currently serving on the NAR Multiple Listing Issues and Policy Committee. Previously, Ed managed his own independent brokerage firm and was also the Vice President and General Counsel of a multi-office franchisee within the Realogy family. With a passion for education, Ed has been an Adjunct Professor for California Baptist University, where he helped to create the University's real estate program. Prior to joining CRMLS Ed also served as a California Association of Realtors state Director and Ombudsman. He was named the The Inland Gateway Association Realtor of the Year in 2012.
