I needed a belt for the dryer, I called and they were very friendly and helpful. They had my part and when I went in to pick up the belt they were very friendly.

Our wall oven was locked shut do to trying the self clean mode. A different repair guy charged us for basically 10 minutes and saying that he didn't even know how to open it other than reset the breaker. Ed's was able to help us get it working...
