He believes that the sale of a property is the function of its positioning, branding and marketing, while the purchase of a property is based on its location, quality of construction, price and passion. Edgar's legal experience is a major benefit to his clients as costly errors during the transaction are easily avoided, valuable within single property transactions as well as multiple or bulk transactions. He has a thorough understanding of the requirements of investors, namely the acquisition, management and eventual re-trading of the properties. Edgar grew up in New York City and attended an elite law school in Washington, D.C. He is married and has a son. He is passionate follower of Formula One racing, sports, architecture and design, and technology.
