Nope!! Never called to confirm scheduled Appt. Never gave a reason for the no show/no call.

Our LG. refrigerator gasket on our French door needed to be replaced. It was just under warranty. Harry actually came to our home on a Sunday, and was on time. Very friendly and personable.
