At Bristol-Myers Squibb, where she was head of M&A and corporate law worldwide, Ms. Gershman was awarded the President's Award for Outstanding Achievement, the company's highest honor. At General Electric, where she was executive counsel for transactions and finance, Ms. Gershman's performance earned her the prestigious CEO Award. Admitted to practice in New York and Florida, Dyan Gershman holds a juris doctor from Boston College Law School, where she was an Executive Editor of the Boston College Law Review and graduated cum laude. She received her bachelor's degree in liberal arts and sciences (comparative literature) with highest distinction from Colorado College. She was a recipient of the Thomas J.
