I'm a native Clevelander, having grown up in Garfield Hts. and graduated with the class of 1968 from Garfield Heights. High School. I then enlisted in the U.S. Navy. I serving active duty on the USS Pargo, a nuclear powered submarine out of Groton Conn. The crew of the USS Pargo earned a Meritorious Unit Commendation and won both 1971 battle efficiency and fire control awards. After fulfilling my active duty with honor, I returned to the greater Cleveland area to pursue my career in Real Estate. In my 1st year, I attained an award for selling over a million dollars in real estate and have exceeded that level ever since. I'm a fourty +year member of the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors. I earned my Brokers license in 1974. I've completed numerous hours of continuing education classes, and completed a CREA Real Estate Appraisal Course. I have been a top producer in the real estate industry for over 40 years. I attribute a great deal of my success to my loving wife, Judith, my partner in life. We reside in Northfield Center. We have three children and 6 grand-children. My hobbies include gardening, boating, fishing, biking and property management
