Areas of PracticeDuncan Connelly focuses his practice on estate planning and wealth transfer strategies, as well as drafting a full range of estate planning documents including wills, trusts and powers of attorney. He advises trustees and personal representatives on trust and estate administration, and on non-judicial dispute resolution. Duncan has experience working with Native American tribal legal issues, including estate planning for Native American individuals and providing expertise on tribal probate codes.
