We have met all the strict requirements from Microsoft in order to become a Gold Partner. Gold Partnership requires you have enough certified professionals on staff along with provide references for work you have done with your clients. The clients must give you a positive reference in order for it to count towards the requirements. We are a small business and have 10 employee. We do not use subcontractors in 99% of the cases. All work is done by staff on site. We are an insured company. We have flat rate charges for most services we provide and offer services billed at an hourly rate. For business clients we also offer Retainer packs at discounted rates. We charge $60 for our diagnostics service to pin point the problem with your system. We will subtract the $60 from the solution we recommend for you. This will make the diagnostics fee free since it will be subtracted from all other labor required to fix the problem. The labor for diagnostics is not subracted from any hardware that may need to be purchased. We are a company made up of all techs. The owners of the company have over 14 years of experience within the IT industry.
