Doug's career in real estate began at an early age, 11 months old in face. Growing up in and around the industry it was only a matter of time for him to follow in the footsteps of his Mother, Kris Villars, and become a realtor. IN 2018 Doug obtained his broker's license and in 2019 became Broker/Owner of RE/MAX On The Water. He officially started his career in 2015 after working in retail sales, bartending, and a short career working for Oshkosh Defense. Sales and customer service were second nature for him and has become an asses for him helping you buy and sell real estate. Doug's personal life involves spending time with his Wife Nicole, his son Ethan and their goldendoodle. He enjoys golf, fishing for Musky, snowmobiling, sports and Formula 1 racing. Growing up playing hockey led him to becoming a coach at the youth level for many years. His goal in life and motto is have a good time.
