I received my real estate license in January of 1973, working for Pat Young at the Carignan Agency until I started my own company, Century 21 Twin Rivers Realty, Tilton, in 1980. In 1985 we opened our Laconia office. In late December of 2008 I sold the company to Better Homes and Gardens the Masiello Group where I now work as an associate broker, specializing in homes, land, vacation and investment property. I am a past member of the Tilton-Northfield Rotary Club, the Franklin Planning Board, the Franklin Regional Hospital board of Trustees, and am now a member of the Lakes Region Board of Realtors (where I served on the Board of Directors) . My wife Mary and I have lived in Franklin for many years where we raised five children, Rick, LuAnn, Tamra, Sean, and Corey. LuAnn and Corey worked for me briefly in real estate, but it was not their cup of tea. Mary and I have seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren, many of who we visit in Wisconsin. We live on Paugus Bay, Lake Winnipesaukee, where we try to spend as much time on our 19' bow rider as possible. We also vacation in Delray Beach, Florida, and love to visit York Beach and Bar Harbor in Maine. I like to exercise, especially elliptical. I am an organist at two churches, St. Paul Catholic Church in Franklin (30 years) and Sanbornton Congregational Church in Sanbornton Square (37years) I also participate in local drama's and musicals, playing Fagin in "Oliver Twist," Injun Joe in "Tom Sawyer," Ado Annie's daddy in "Oklahoma," Horace Vandegelder in "Hello, Dolly, the judge in " A Few Good Men",and sheriff Heck Tate in "To Kill a Mockingbird". In my spare moments I enjoy reading, writing a little music, and investing in real estate, buying single family and apartment houses to fix up and rent out or resell. We currently rent out a couple of single family homes, in Hill and in Tilton, plus our condo in Myrtle Beach, but my main focus is SELLING REAL ESTATE.
