Don Foty is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He was born in Houston, Texas and raised in San Marcos, Texas. After graduating summa cum laude from high school, he attended the University of Texas at Austin where he studied finance and later advanced to the business honors program, where selection is reserved only for the top students. During college, he worked for a Fortune 500 company while completing his studies.After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, he attended the University of Houston Law Center.
