With almost 40 million in residential home sales, land sales, rentals and selling commercial properties since 2009, I look forward with much confidence to blend my past experience with the present, and continue growing forward successfully in the real estate industry. My entire real estate career focused mostly in new building construction in areas of condominiums and rental properties. Proficient in marketing and selling or leasing communities by communities. My real estate career started in 2009-2013 marketing and selling two brand new communities in West New York which consisted of six buildings of condominiums. Moving forward to learn the retail end of real estate, I joined Diane Turton, Realtors team 2014-2015 working in the Toms River and Wall Township offices as a Broker, Sales Associate focusing on the marketing, selling and leasing of residential homes and condominiums, Over 55 communities and land acquisitions for builders and developers. Although my primary areas are in Monmouth, Ocean and Hudson counties, my efforts have no boundaries in the State of New Jersey. Background: From 2009-2013, I strategically marketed and sold over 126 homes in Hudson County for a private builder, in addition to selling outside residential re-sales. Background experience includes selling market value homes, and deed restricted properties and emerging market homes under the NJ State HMFA Affordable Housing practice and procedures. Responsible for the staging, marketing and selling of two newly constructed communities of six buildings located in West New York, NJ. Working along in the footsteps of the construction crew, successfully sold out one community of four multi level buildings, containing 70 homes , totaling 16 million in sales. Also, successfully sold out a second brand new community of 55 homes within two multi level buildings, also in West New York, NJ. From 2014-2015, my career focused in the retail end of real estate mentoring myself in single family homes, land, rentals and commercial properties. From 2015 to current, I completed my learning circle in real estate by rejoining the new building construction sector focusing on selling out a brand new 90 unit condominium complex and leasing out six brand new rental properties in Middlesex and Union Counties outside of everyday listing and selling single family homes, land acquisitions for builders and commercial properties. Prior to my venture in to the real estate industry, my background experience includes over seven years as proprietor of a job recruitment company in Shrewsbury, NJ, three years as proprietor of an Italian bistro in Red Bank, NJ and twenty years as a manager in the telecommunications industry
