Donna began her real estate career in 1986. She was a top salesperson with ERA from 1986-1990 when she took on the management of a new ERA office in West Orlando, FL. Within 2 years, that office had over 50 agents and was a top 50 ERA office nationwide in production. In 1992 Donna moved to Oahu, Hawaii and joined ERA Stott Real Estate upon her marriage to Mike Stott, with another top 50 ERA Company. Donna, Mike and the Stott Team built a company on Oahu that regularly ranked in the top 1-5 offices on the island of about 1M people. Building that Team to over 150 sales per year, Donna and Mike took on a new challenge in 2006 by becoming Coaches and Trainers for Real Estate Agents and Brokers in the US and Canada. Your Coaching Matters is now based in Atlanta GA where their 5 children all live.
