Donna currently assists in the management and operations of a Silicon Valley-based portfolio of office and R & D properties. Donna is the first contact for day-to-day operations and is highly skilled at handling all aspects of tenant and vendor-related issues. Her responsibilities include tenant / vendor communications, facilitation and follow-up on work orders, aged receivables, account payables, monthly reports, and budget preparation. Additionally, Donna assists in the preparation of various tenant and vendor account reconciliations, legal collection documents, and service agreements. Other responsibilities include vendor contract administration, coordinating with contractors for repair work, compiling sub-meter information for billing purposes and overall assistance in maintaining excellent property appearance and ensuring tenant satisfaction. She is experienced with a variety of financial and accounting-related software applications, including both MRI and Yardi.
