Terrible Customer Service. Owner does not return calls when a problem occurs with his employees. Had several issues on closing pool not done properly.

Do not use this company to open, close, or service your pool. The owner is rude, aggressive, and refuses to take accountability for mistakes his team makes. To schedule an appointment is impossible, they disregard your availability; and only...

Thank you Dolphin Pools. I thought I was going to need to replace the motor to my filter. I explained my problem and the walked me through the fix and gave me the right part. 1 hour later and my filter and motor are as good as new!

Unfortunately, never had an appointment apparently. I called a few weeks ago, asking to schedule. I was told I'd receive a call today, on the 20th to schedule for the upcoming week before Memorial Day. Thought it was weird, but as a first time...
