Buying a new home requires more than just a low rate. Your loan officer needs to be involved with several different parties to push the deal through. Doak was always available and worked tirelessly to get the job done. Highly recommend.

He has is series 6, 7, and 63 securities licenses as well as his mortgage originator licenses in Arizona, Texas, and California. Starting his mortgage career in 2009 as an originator, Doak has funded all types of mortgage loans in different market conditions. Aside from standard Fannie/Freddie Conventional Loans, Doak has extensive experience closing VA and Jumbo loans. Doak is accompanied by the experienced professionals at Bay Equity Home Loans to close transactions efficiently with the best borrower experience in the business.
