His motivation lies in helping others achieve their real estate goals. He's a people-person with international expertise that allows him to connect with individuals from all walks of life. Disen grew up on the Peninsula and has a deep appreciation for the beauty, diversity, open space, and opportunity that exists here. Although he's lived in other countries, at one point working as a real estate agent in Beijing, he's always returned back home. He spends his time giving back to the community through volunteer work.
