Dima Holmes joined the Wintergreen Real Estate Co team in 2002, just one year after she moved to the USA from her native country of Bulgaria. Fresh out of university and with two top degrees, Bachelor of International Economics and Masters in Financial Management, Dima believed that the Unites States would be the country where she could realize her dream through hard work, loyalty and perseverance. Starting as an administrative assistant at the mountain sales office Dima built her way up to being one of our top sales agents. For the years of 2013-2018 Dima ranked Number 1 Realtor by volume and number of sales for Wintergreen properties.
