This was the beginning of her "telephone career"!Prior to retiring, Dianna was instrumental with the establishment of the National Call Center for Sprint PCS, in Fort Worth, Texas. Utilizing her remarkable people skills for motivating a diverse workforce and building trust with social media influencers (15k+ followers). She was quick to learn and moved from department to department until she was working with top tier management and CEOs around the nation and across the globe.While serving as an Escalation Manager, Dianna received Sprint's Circle of Excellence Award and Excellence Award, which was recommended by Sprints Chief Financial Officer.
