Diane Moss-Nellum prides herself on being a trusted and caring partner and advocate for her clients. Moss-Nellum believes in the philosophy of putting people first. Prior to real estate, she spent 25+ years in the group health insurance industry where being customer-focused was key to her success. "People I've worked with have always considered me a strong mentor and guide, skills I look forward to applying as I work with buyers and sellers to achieve their goals." She believes in approaching business with integrity, and seeks to be an advocate for homebuyers and sellers, especially for those looking to find their first homes. "I really want to help that first time homeowner, to be a part of the excitement of helping them navigate the first-time buying experience. Transitioning into Real Estate allows me the opportunity to do something that is both fulfilling for me and beneficial to others." Moss-Nellum's desire to serve as a partner to her clients is birthed out of her Christian foundation. She is an active member at her local church, where she frequently teaches Sunday School and also, along with her husband, initiated a monthly convalescent home ministry in Norwalk. "I want this to be a walk in integrity. Whoever works with me, I want them to feel confident that integrity is at the forefront. It's part of my character." Moss-Nellum, a native of Pasadena, moved to Long Beach in 1995 and currently resides in Lakewood with her husband, David and their two dogs, Ozzie and Grace.
