For Attorney Diana Sladen, the most fundamental area of the law is the law that directly impacts the family. Attorney Sladen also handles guardianship matters in both probate and juvenile court. Attorney Sladen also handles most of the Department of Children and Family involvement in the office including: DCF representation during an investigation, DCF representation during an open case, DCF Fair Hearings, and Superior Court appeals for Fair Hearing decisions. Attorney Sladen has handled both interlocutory appeals and appeals in the Massachusetts Court of Appeals.Attorney Sladen takes ownership of each case when a client retains her as their attorney.
