Being that my recent purchase was my first, Derek was extremely helpful in educating me on the whole process and helping me every step of the way! We we're even able to close a week early!
When shown competitor's percentages and closing costs, Derek lowered the percentage to meet competitor and had lower closing costs. Going back and forth on the loan, he always provided information that clarified the rates and costs.
