Derek is great in communicating the path forward correctly and precisely. I have had excellent experience with him.
Derek was able to get my client closed after ‘another agency/lender’ repeated dropped the ball. Derek is just smart, creative and the best part: aboveboard and honest!
The team worked really hard to make sure I close on time.
