Derek A. DiPasquale is a litigation and trial lawyer. Mr. DiPasquale has litigated hundreds of general civil and business claims. His clients have included builders and developers (residential and commercial), shopping center owners, commercial property owners, brokers, realtors, banks, trust administration companies, title insurance companies, retail stores, local homeowners, property owners, entrepreneurial business persons and owners. Mr. DiPasquale graduated form Michigan State University in 2000, earning a degree in Psychology. He continued his education at the Florida State University College of Law , earning his J.D. in 2004. DiPasquale Law assists our clients by helping them reach their goals and resolve conflicts in personal and business settings, representing clients in a wide variety of contractual, business, commercial, and consumer situations.
