My name is Derek "Ducky" Ryan. I grew up being called "Duck" because my older brother could not pronounce Derek when I was born. In turn, my first name somehow was morphed into "duck" when he spoke. I am born and raised in Chester County, PA - more specifically, the borough of the thriving suburb of Phoenixville. I married the love of my life in the summer of 2017 and currently live outside of Phoenixville with my wife, Kaley, golden retriever named Brody, and cat named Harley.My favorite part of working in real estate is the people. I love real estate, aside from being a raging extrovert, because I enjoy serving people. Having a "servant's heart" was modeled to me since I was a child by my parents, who are the most selfless people I know.
