Dennis earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Iona University in New Rochelle, New York. He began his mortgage & lending career way back in 1995 as a loan processing intern and knew right away that this career path was meant for him. He quickly became a top producing loan officer in the NY Metro area and over the past 25+ years he has successfully helped thousands of home buyers achieve their goal of home ownership. His business is 100% by referral from satisfied clients, trusted financial advisors as well as the most experienced attorneys & realtors. Over the years, through the toughest of times and market conditions, Dennis has consistently been a top producer and has worked hard to develop and maintain a reputation as a superior loan officer dedicated to providing the very best in customer service. Dennis currently resides in Southwest Florida with his wife Tracey and their 4 children where he is a certified youth football coach and is actively involved in the local community.
