Mike grew up in West Suburban Villa Park, Illinois and graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois with Bachelors degrees in Finance and Economics. He continues to be an avid Fighting Illini basketball and football fan. Mike has a significant background in customer service oriented work, having spent 10 years with Andersen Consulting and as an independent contractor in the management consulting field before venturing into real estate. Mike's family invested in residential investment properties while he was growing up and his passion for real estate began at a young age. He began investing in real estate in 1995 and earned his salesperson license in 2001. Mike continues to invest in residential rental properties and in education in order to stay abreast of the latest real estate trends and technology. He earned an advanced Realtor designation known as GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), is a graduate of the BOLD program and he has served on the Agent Leadership Council in his office. He thrives on sharing his knowledge and experience with his clients so they can make informed decisions and he prides himself on his responsiveness to the needs of his clients. Mike is consistently one of the top producers at his company and his business is driven primarily by referrals from past clients, friends and family.
