Email me with your personalized criteria, such as what areas you are looking for, how many bathrooms, bedrooms, if you want a basement, garage, style of house, and what price range. I will initially send you everything that is currently on the market with that criteria, and then after that, you will receive every new listing as it comes on the market or any price reductions. This search enables you to see the interior of all the homes and all the details. You will also know from these listings, which ones already have contracts on them. No other search is as up to date as the MLS search. You will need someone like me to help you when you do find some homes you want to see.
