Prior to founding her own firm in 2004, Debby was a partner at Miles & Stockbridge and Squire Sanders (now Squire Sanders Patton Boggs). Debby is involved in a wide range of community activities and for the past seven years has been on the Board of Directors of Safe Spot, a charitable organization that supports the needs of abused children in Fairfax, Virginia. She loves to run, hike and travel in her free time. Debby lives in Great Falls, Virginia with her husband and has four adult children.
