Debbie was raised in Dinuba and literally grew up In the in the family business of Newton Sons Real Estate. Debbie received her education at Northwest Christian University and the University of Oregon, in Eugene. Debbie learned the business starting as a "gopher' for her father Karl Newton, personal assistant, secretary, property manager, book keeper, office manager, then obtained her real estate sales license in 1980 and her broker's license in 1988. She has been the designated broker of Newton Sons since 1992 as the 3rd generation broker. Through her committment to education and hands on learning, Debbie has earned numerous real estate designations in sales marketing; representing seniors, short sales, REO transactions, and management. Nothing gives her more satisfaction than helping 1st time buyers achieve the goal of homeownership, or to assist a move up buyer in finding their dream home.
