Debbie Barnes

Debbie Barnes is a Central Florida native and a Vero Beach resident since 1988. Her clients benefit from her experience as a commercial real estate appraiser in Indian River and Brevard Counties, where she worked with Tuttle, Armfield and Wagner for 20+ years. She has been a licensed REALTOR(r) since 1989 as well as a real estate investor. Known for her warm personality and excellent communication skills, Debbie brings a B.S. in Finance from UCF with a focus on real estate appraisal, demonstrated ability with market analysis and contract negotiations to all of her real estate transactions. She and her husband who is a second generation citrus farmer with Barnes Citrus have raised two daughters in Vero Beach, graduates of St. Edwards School. Ms. Barnes enjoys tennis, yoga, boating, strong friendships and the Vero Beach coastal way of life.
