Debbie Holmes, GRI, Broker/Owner Debbie isa Brokerat United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine. She moved from Gardiner Maine to Downeast Maine in 1987 and has lived here ever since. She became a licensed real estate professional in 1996. Through home study and numerous courses, Debbie worked her way up thru the real estate licensing process and earned the GRI designation (Graduate REALTOR Institute). Debbie received her Brokers license in 2000 and opened Bold Coast Realty in 2001 with her husband. In 2006, they affiliated with the United Country Real Estate family. In 2015, she closed her own agency and affiliated with her current agency, allowing her to focus her attention on providing exceptional service to all her clients. Debbie has served in numerous capacities on the local Board of REALTORS and was voted REALTOR of the year in 2007. She is past President of the Lions Club, where she has also served as Secretary and Vice-President, and a member of the most recent Lubec Comprehensive Planning Committee. Prior to her real estate career, Debbie managed a Mom Pop store she owned with her husband, Bill. They have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. In her spare time, Debbie likes to quilt and sew. She also likes gardening and studying Genealogy.
