    I had the pressure relief valve replaced on my hot water tank. The service was great and the price was fair.

    John Jasinski completely ripped me off!! BEWARE... I had three other plumbers come out and look at what he did including a city inspector. They all said that the $2500 he charged me was 2-3X what the job should have cost.

    Jim came out on time, and repaired several pieces of plumbing (two toilets, three sinks, and a bathtub) that I found were problematic. All were repaired at a reasonable price, and I liked the way he explained what he was doing for each repair....
