Dawn began in the real estate industry in 1997. Beginning in the property management side of the industry she serviced the needs of 200+ residents at multiple properties. After the sale of her first home an interest sparked in the buying and selling side of the industry and became licensed in 2006. She has found great passion and pride in walking the path of home ownership with many clients throughout the years. Dawn and her husband, Shane, have been married since 2002. They have 3 children Jacob, Mya and Courtney with 3 fur babies Levi, Shappony and Palace. After enjoying part time river life so much they decide to make The Northern Neck their full time home! Dawn loves time with the family weather it be family and friends getting together for dinner and cards, riding ATVs or boat rides throughout the beautiful water ways, time with friends and family is her most valued treasure.
