Dawn came to the Lake Livingston Area with her parents when they built a weekend home in the 1970's. While visiting in 1994, Dawn and her husband, David, decided to settle with their family in Coldspring. She raised their two children here, taught math at the local junior high school, and has been working for Goehrs Properties since August 2012. Dawn's introduction to the business was a catalyst to pursue a career in real estate where she can be of service to the community that has become her home. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
