Mr. Fine has been a personal injury attorney at the Fine Law Firm since 2003. He has represented hundreds of clients who suffered devastating injury or wrongful death as a result of negligence. Throughout his personal injury practice Mr. Fine has appeared throughout state and federal courts. Mr. Fine has handled multiple cases involving semi truck accidents, medical malpractice, defective medical devices, wrongful death, product defects, and police misconduct. Prior to handling injury cases, Mr. Fine worked at the public defender's office trying multiple criminal cases. In addition to a full practice, Mr. Fine has assisted the New Mexico Trial Lawyers as a board member and has regularly provided instruction to the University of New Mexico Mock Trial team. He has repeatedly been listed as an American Association for Justice Top 100 Trial Lawyer.
