If I could give a negative rating, I would rate this company -100. The lead agent is highly unresponsive and unprofessional, failing to notify customers when insurance policies are approaching expiration and seemingly waiting for policy lapses...

So...David Cox and Sarah cost a business thousands of dollars, business, continually prove their incompetence, and their response is "We told you to find another agency". Bwahahahaha that response is better than the one star review. Holy moly....

So grateful for Sarah and the team, I had to make a bunch of changes and added a new rental property and they were so helpful and quick to respond! If you want and agency that actually gets back to you, I definitely highly recommend David cox...
