My educational background includes a National Merit Scholarship, a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. I spent over 20 years in the field of industrial sales to fortune 100 companies such as Intel and Hewlett Packard selling products from industrial robots to valves to clean-room equipment. Representing the buyer's side of the transaction is a better fit for me because it has allowed me to stop selling, which I can't stand. I try to treat my clients the way I would want to be treated. I never rush them and I never try to sell them a house. I advise them, but they decide.
