Thank you for taking the time to visit my site and read my story. My name is David Picardy. I have been a lifelong resident on the North Shore growing up in Beverly by Hurd Stadium. I currently live in Peabody with my amazing wife Tara and my three children Cody, Mackenzie and Cassia. For the past 23 years, I have been in business and building relationships on the North Shore and beyond. First in the office furniture business, and for the past 14 years in a truly life-changing business for myself and thousands of others, North Shore CrossFit, now known as Treehouse School of Fitness. Through the Treehouse, I have had great success locally and eventually globally. Changing lives on a local level led to helping business owners all over the world run and market their businesses. All the travel and video conference calls reinforced my desire to be more homegrown. Build relationships and help on a local level. My passion in business is building relationships and helping those friends accomplish their goals. The ability to connect on a personal level, analyze, work through processes, attention to detail, deliver professional service and provide a successful result has been my specialty my whole career. Building new relationships with clients, helping them find their dream home, helping them analyze the numbers to decide if an investment property was right for them, getting homes ready for sale and applying my marketing expertise. I immediately knew I was meant for this business. Owning the Treehouse School of Fitness, and being in real estate allows me to have the best of both worlds.
